Our Products

Uncles Vape Co. products contain propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerine (VG), flavourings, water, and sometimes nicotine. PG is responsible for the taste and viscosity of vape liquid. VG increases the thickness of the vape liquid, making vape inhales denser. Nicotine is used as a stimulant with high addiction liabilities.

Customer Responsibility

You, as a customer, are responsible for the safe use of any purchased products. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us or consult your doctor before use. Uncles Vape Co. is not responsible for any harm, loss, or allergic reactions you may encounter due to the misuse of our products.

Changes in Products and Our Rights

All our products are tried and tested by us and only get the thumbs up if we believe they are of the best quality.

Changes may occur in our products as a result of changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. For example, our packaging and/or label design may change to ensure compliance with current laws.

Shipping Restrictions and Compliance

• We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland (NI).
• By purchasing from us, you agree that our products are only compliant with UK regulations, including those in NI.

Shipping

We use DHL & Royal Mail 24 service to ship all UK orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment. Any orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) before 12 pm will be dispatched the same working day. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@unclesvapeco.com and send the product back to us within seven days of receiving the goods.

Once we have the item back, it will be tested, and we will contact you regarding the fault.

If we find that the product has been misused, the warranty on the product will be void.

Please allow 14 days after we have received the product for us to contact you.
