Refunds & Returns
14 Day Return Policy
If you change your mind after receiving your order, please let us know straight away using one of the below contact methods. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to make us aware or return your order. Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition. We can not accept back any opened items with the seal broken.

If you change your mind, you will be liable for any return postage cost.
Once you have informed us that you no longer would like your order you have 14 days to return it to us. We recommend that you return the order to us using a tracked courier service and keep proof that the order was sent back to us.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@unclesvapeco.com and send the product back to us within seven days of receiving the faulty item.

Should we find that the product has been misused then the warranty on the product will be void.
